My Story

Paul H. Woodruff spent over 50 years in environmental consulting and related businesses. He founded Environmental Resources Management, Inc. (The ERM Group). Over a 24-year period as Chairman and CEO, together with his partners, Paul built ERM into a global group of 66 companies in 34 countries employing more than 2500. He has served on numerous boards in the profit and nonprofit sectors. He has published over 35 professional papers, his autobiography, It's Been a Good Life, and is currently working on Freddy the Frog, fictional tales for children. So You Want to Be an Entrepreneur is his first business book.

He lives with his wife of 63 years, Marcia, in the Philadelphia suburbs. They are the parents of six, grandparents to 20, and great-grandparents to 13, so far.
